I Love Making Or Eating My Hometown Food

I love it when either my wife or I make food from our beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Its great to eat the food my mom use to make for me when I was young. I miss her cooking which is why I try to make it as often as possible. One of out best meals was what we made for Christmas last year which was empanadas, a typical Puerto Rican cuisine that is sold just about everywhere around the island.

We made all kinds of empanadas. Pizza empanadas which had cheese and sauce, ham and cheese, chicken, beef, shrimp and lobster (imitation). They were all delicious, at least the meat ones because I am allergic to seafood. I look forward to making these again. Hopefully soon. I may even make a video showing how to make them.
